Great shot! You asked what lens I like to use for basketball - I use my 50 1.8. It is not the ideal lens to use but it gives me the best results in the low light of the gym. I just sit on the floor right under the basket that our team is shooting on so that I don't need the zoom. On my wish list is a better zoom lens.
