Ugh! I can't believe you posted a photo of food WITHOUT a recipe!!!!! LOL! Looks fabulous. I love food photos!

Oops sorry Lisa. :) They are really easy to make. Just pan fry chicken tenders. Then pour your fav BBQ sauce over and let the chicken cook for a few minutes in the sauce. Cut a Hoagie Roll or French bread in rounds and place a piece of chicken on it. Top with mozzarella or provolone cheese and broil until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Top with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Yep...Yum.
