I Love...Kindergarten Books

02-10-10

It was just one of 'those' days...so I'm left with obvious snapshots. The charm lies in the content though. I just love how kindergartners think.

Translation I could eat 100 Broccoli's. And she's not a kiddin'. I have heard myself say, 'No more broccoli until you eat your hot dog.' And it is well known that if you want some of the good green tree goodness you get in line BEFORE Miss S.
Second line I most heartily agree with I could not eat 100 squid either.

I have a kindergartner too. The stuff they bring home is so sweet and often very funny! Great capture of the book.

She is adorable. This is a fun age. That is so cute about the broccoli and hot dog. I want to just say that for the fun of it and confuse my kids, because they do not like broccoli.

Love it - made me giggle. Do you ever serve squid at your house? :)

Hooray for Kindergarten. I loved the 100th day! :) And my favorite was the "brockles" -- that's what we call them here: "brockle trees". Super cute.
